Success!

The students arrived successfully at the 'eval site' yesterday!  They then spent the day in long and quality filled conversations evaluating and processing the trip.  This is an important part of the learning that happens in the field- making sure that they not only process everything that they  experienced while on the trip, but also thinking ahead about how to take that knowledge with them once they leave the field (we call this 'transference').  

They will wrap up conversations this morning, then pack up and hike out the last several miles to the trailhead.  They'll spend the rest of the day today and tomorrow cleaning gear and getting ready to fly home on Sunday.  Can you believe that this experience is almost over??
