Staff Success Fund Donation

The CCO is committed to working for the success of each staff person, including stepping in to assist with financial gaps that prevent staff flourishing, mission growth, and ministry innovation. The Staff Success Fund exists to provide funds to assist CCO staff members in following Jesus Christ, pursuing wisdom, taking risks, and developing others to advance the mission wherever they are called to serve. 

The intent of this fund is to provide financial resources for CCO staff members who are underfunded for ministry in salary and ministry expenses. Funds will be granted in the timeframes agreed upon through the application process.
