Joe Toren ministers to students at Indiana University Kokomo and Ivy Tech Community College’s Kokomo Campus in partnership with First Evangelical Presbyterian Church.

“The CCO affords me the opportunity to work with many young adults whom I have had the pleasure to know for the past several years being part of the Bridges Outreach after school program while they were in middle school and high school,” says Joe. “I look forward to renewing these relationships and helping them on their adventure of soul shaping.”
